1. Using our website
You may use aixia.shop to browse products, request quotes and place orders for personal or business use. You must not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful code, copy our content for commercial use or place false orders. If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Product information
We work hard to keep product names, specifications, images and stock levels accurate. Specifications come from manufacturers and may change without notice. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered product. If you need a specific part number, revision or region code, confirm it with our team before ordering.
3. Prices and quotations
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include Shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- Prices can change because of exchange rates and supplier costs. The price that applies is the one confirmed on your order or quotation.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days unless the quotation states otherwise.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order. You can then accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Promotions such as first-order discounts apply only on the terms stated with the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing and receive payment, or when we accept your purchase order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, payment fails or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and on our How to Pay page: bank transfer, Visa card, Verve card or Mastercard Visa card, Verve card or Mastercard. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed in our account. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. Always use the company account details on your invoice, and call +234 812 307 2233 to confirm if you are unsure.
6. Business credit
Approved business customers may buy on credit and pay within 30 days of the invoice date. Credit is subject to an application, verification and a credit limit, which we can review or withdraw at any time. Overdue balances may lead to suspended orders, and we may recover reasonable collection costs.
7. Ownership and risk
Risk passes to you when the products are delivered to you or your representative. Ownership passes once we receive full payment. Until then, the products remain the property of Aixia.
8. Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns and warranty claims are handled under the policies linked above. Those policies form part of these terms.

Software, firmware and licences supplied with products are subject to the manufacturer’s licence terms. You are responsible for using them in line with those terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, business interruption or downtime. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, including your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
11. Intellectual property
The Aixia name, logo, website design and original content belong to Aixia. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. We are not affiliated with these brands unless we say so.
